Any company, any computerized process, involves a lot of important decisions, and when developing software, or any kind of product with those levels of complexity, there is one element that’s an absolute certainty: There will be bugs. Bugs will range from typos in menu systems to undocumented features, to features that, when used in concert, bring down the entire application.
